This policy explains what information BazaarSanket (https://www.bazaarsanket.in) collects, why, and your choices. It is written to follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

1. Information we collect

• No account is needed. We do not ask for your name, phone number or PAN to use the site.
• Preferences on your device: your language, theme and watchlist are stored only in your own browser (local storage). They are not sent to our servers and you can delete them by clearing your browser data.
• Server logs: our hosting provider automatically records technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, to keep the service secure and working. These logs are kept for a limited time.
• Analytics and advertising cookies (only if you agree): if you click "Accept" on our cookie banner, Google Analytics may measure visits and Google AdSense may show ads, and these services may use cookies. If you click "Reject", they run in a restricted, cookie-less mode or not at all.
• Paid plan (future): if you buy a subscription, payments are processed by a licensed payment gateway. We will not store your card or UPI details.

2. Why we use it

To run and secure the website, understand which features are useful, show advertising that keeps the site free, and respond to you when you contact us.

3. Third-party services

Pages include content from third parties that may receive your IP address when they load: TradingView (charts), Google Fonts (fonts), Google Analytics and Google AdSense (only after consent). Links such as "read translated" open Google Translate, and news links open the publisher's website; their own privacy policies apply there. Google's use of advertising cookies is described at policies.google.com/technologies/ads.

4. Your rights and choices

• You can change your cookie choice any time using "Cookie settings" in the footer.
• You can ask us to access, correct or erase personal data we hold about you, and withdraw consent, by writing to us (see below).

5. Children

The site is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data of children under 18.
